Refund Policy

At Society of Psychedelic Science at FIU, we strive to provide a valuable and meaningful experience for all participants. To ensure fairness and smooth operations, we have established the following refund policy:

1. No Refunds for Same-Day Cancellations

Refunds will not be issued for cancellations or refund requests made on the day of the event. This policy is in place due to the planning, resources, and commitments required to host our events.

2. Refund Requests Before the Event

  • Refund requests must be submitted at least [7 days] before the event date to be considered.
  • Approved refunds may be subject to a processing fees to cover administrative costs.

3. Ticket Transfers

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person.

4. Event Cancellations & Rescheduling

In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule, ticket holders will be offered:

  • A full refund, or
  • A ticket transfer to a future event.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances. Please contact us at fiupsychedelicclub@gmail.com with details, and we will review your request.
